Call for Musicians & DJs – 2025 Event Season
Presented by the Louis Head Tourism Festival and Events Society
Are you ready to perform live across the South Shore? We’re curating a dynamic and diverse lineup
for the 2025 season—including flagship festivals like the Louis Head Summer Bash (August 2) and
Harvest Moon Festival, plus smaller concerts, cultural showcases, and community events all summer
long.
We’re calling on:
Musicians & Bands – solo artists, duos, full bands across all genres
DJs – club, house, EDM, hip-hop, reggae, Afrobeat, Latin, retro, lo-fi, experimental, mashup, and more
Cultural Artists – Indigenous, African Nova Scotian, Acadian, international artists welcome

small-scale events. From community gatherings to full-scale festivals, you’ll connect with diverse
audiences and showcase your work alongside other talented performers.
This is an opportunity to perform in front of thousands of attendees, build your portfolio, and be part
of a movement uplifting local, cultural, and emerging talent across Nova Scotia.
Event types include:– Large-scale concerts (mainstage)– Community dinners and cultural evenings– DJ-focused nightlife sets– Acoustic sessions and afternoon programming– Youth showcases and talent spotlights
